Sea Isle Recreation Projects

The past month has brought much excitement to Sea Isle City. The recreational projects are very close to completion and will be a welcome addition to the center of town ! The playground and basketball courts are taking shape and I hope to have updated pictures by next week!

2010 Summer Market Report

Hello Everyone,

Currrently there are 308 units for sale in Sea Isle City. Since January 1st we have seen 136 units sell with 52 of the units selling since June 1st with the average homes being sold for 91-93% of the asking price. At this moment there are 27 units under contract with plenty of activety in the last month.
